Key Responsibilities

Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments
Provide tailored outpatient therapy for individuals and families
Develop comprehensive crisis and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and discharge planning
Ensure timely completion of billing and documentation
Engage in collaborative care with the clinical team

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Provisional license per state regulation if required
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Passionate about mental health and high-quality care
Dedicated to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education
Eager to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently
