Key Responsibilities
Train, schedule and supervise assigned staff in carrying out individual treatment plans
Conduct evaluations and assessments within the scope of OT practice
Develop and implement treatment plans and monitor progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in goal development
Complete documentation of progress notes and treatment reports
Provide supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or OT students
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Licensed by State of Michigan MS, OTR/L
Demonstrated ability to communicate in verbal and written formats
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting
