Job Description
Join DriveTime as a Loan Advisor and help customers navigate their auto loans while maintaining positive relationships. You'll collect payments, negotiate plans, and ensure customer satisfaction in a supportive and fun environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Educate and build positive relationships with customers
Navigate multiple systems to review account information
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Monitor and ensure follow-up on loan repayment agreements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales, or retail industry
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
