We're looking for a Technical Applications Specialist III to support and enhance our UKG Pro and Dimensions platforms within a dynamic healthcare environment. This is a high-impact, fully remote role focused on enabling analytics, maintaining system integrity, and driving seamless connectivity across the organization. Lead the development and maintenance of Boomi integrations , including APIs, vendor file transfers, and ETL pipelines Enhance and support the UKG Pro/Dimensions environment (note: not legacy Kronos) Support the rollout and configuration of UKG DataHub and Core Analytics Ensure reporting teams have access to clean, actionable data Collaborate with internal IT, HR, and external vendors to optimize data flows Transition knowledge from current contractor through August 31st Deep experience with UKG Pro and/or Dimensions in a technical role Experience in healthcare IT or regulated environments Strong skills in system integrations , data extraction , and analytics readiness Comfortable working in vendor-hosted systems and using custom code Familiarity with UKG DataHub and Core Analytics Ability to work independently and help define integration strategy This is your chance to take ownership of a critical HCM ecosystem, with the flexibility of remote work and the autonomy to lead technical innovation.
