Key Responsibilities
Overall leadership and management of the facility
Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
Manage resident services and respond to resident needs
Oversee infection prevention and control activities
Lead Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs
Manage financial and operational objectives
Communicate effectively within the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
Ability to be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice
