Join Good Samaritan as a Nursing Home Administrator and lead the management of our long-term care facility in Lakota, ND. You will ensure high-quality resident care, compliance with regulations, and effective operational management while fostering a supportive community environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall leadership and management of the facility
  • Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
  • Manage resident services and respond to resident needs
  • Oversee infection prevention and control activities
  • Lead Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs
  • Manage financial and operational objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
  • Ability to be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice
