Defiance: Tuesdays and Thursdays

Toledo: Monday/Wednesdays/Fridays

• Paid: Weekly W2 hourly rate - (Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits)
• Patient volume: 4-10
• EMR: Cority

• Contract: Ongoing - (starting Mid July)
