William Charles Construction is seeking a Project Manager for its Clean Energy & Infrastructure High Voltage Group. This role involves managing electrical construction projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and budget, while requiring up to 75% travel across the U.S. A company vehicle and designated per diem are provided to support travel expenses.
Key Responsibilities
Establish site-specific safety requirements
Develop a Project Execution Plan
Monitor financials including cost projections and invoicing
Manage procurement of materials and subcontracts
Conduct pre-construction planning with project team
Communicate with contracting parties and owner’s representatives
Project closeout documentation and invoicing
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
3 to 5 years of Medium/High Voltage substation and transmission line construction experience (for Project Manager I)
5+ years of Medium/High Voltage substation and transmission line construction experience (for Project Manager II)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
