Job Description

Join Quill, a leader in office supplies, as a Field Sales Executive focused on driving new revenue and building impactful customer relationships. This remote role requires a candidate residing in or near Philadelphia, PA, who is results-oriented and ready to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy
  • Qualify prospects based on customer size and potential
  • Schedule appointments and meet with potential customers
  • Create engaging presentations to drive engagement
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek continuous improvement through coaching
  • Positively impact culture and team dynamics
  • Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory
  • Remote Role covering Philadelphia, PA

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
