Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Bangor, Maine (Zip: 04401)
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing
• Unit: Med/Surg Adult, Cardiology, Cardiac Progressive Care (CPCU)
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/8/2025 – End: 3/9/2026)

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990 - $2130

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Maine RN license (required for all nursing jobs in Maine)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required within 30 days of hire)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; Telemetry experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• MOAB or CPI certifications preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and multi-tasking skills
• Flexible, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing healthcare needs

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care in accordance with Maine Board of Nursing and hospital policies
• Collaborate with the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
• Accurately document patient care activities in electronic health records
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care process
• Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive work environment
