Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist – $2,465/week – 21 Weeks – Fort Myers, FL
Outpatient | Start Date: 10/13/2025
Highlights & Perks:
- $2,465/week
- OT/Holidays is paid at 1.5x the gross hourly blended rate
- 5x8s day shifts: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Highest volumes are ortho, neuro and balance
- No local candidates within 50 miles
Requirements:
- Florida Physical Therapist License
- BLS certification
- 2+ year recent outpatient PT experience
- Must have ortho, neuro and balance experience
- Previous travel experience required
- Vestibular experience a plus
