Responsibilities (Vary by Role):

• Process invoices, billing, and vehicle deals accurately
• Maintain financial records and assist with reconciliations
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams professionally
• Assist with daily cash flow, deposits, and general ledger posting
• Support the accounting department with administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure all documentation is completed with accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications - Accounting Office Staff:

• Previous accounting, billing, bookkeeping, or office experience required
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional accounting education a bonus
