Job Description
The Social Worker will support adults with serious mental illness in achieving recovery goals through clinical interventions and culturally competent services. This role involves collaboration with medical and psychiatric staff, client engagement, and participation in team processes to enhance residents' independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Carry a caseload of residents and provide necessary clinical interventions
Complete client assessments and develop safety plans
Provide individual and family counseling
Coordinate services for clients
Participate in weekly case conferences and trainings
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Services preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
