Outpatient/Inpatient Mix

Need Specifics: Outpatient Rehab Department needs a Physical Therapist for 13 weeks starting the beginning of October.

No Specific certifications needed other than PT and CPR certification.

15 bed critical access hospital. 85% outpatient patients and 15% inpatient patients.

Any professional scrubs or business casual allowed... Offensive tattoos should be covered.

Charting: Athena.. At least 1 year of experience.
