- 8 hallway beds (used 24/7)
- 4-bed secure psychiatric annex
- Staffing:
- Day/Eve (7a–3a): 1 Charge RN, 7 RNs, 3 ED Techs, 2 RP; Annex: 1 RN, 1 ED Tech
- Night (3a–7a): 1 Charge RN, 6 RNs, 2 ED Techs, 1 RP; Annex: 1 RN, 1 ED Tech
- Patient Ratios: 4:1 (flexible during acute surges)

- Complex cardiac (NEHI patients)
- Sepsis, DKA, Stroke, Trauma
- Psychiatric care
