Job Description
As a Lead MarTech IT Architect at Boston Consulting Group, you'll spearhead innovative technology solutions that drive business transformation. You'll collaborate with diverse teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and optimize IT architecture to enhance marketing efforts and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage interdisciplinary teams for IT architecture projects
Align and onboard teams to implement new processes and toolsets
Optimize IT best practices and drive innovation
Collaborate with C-level executives to build hypothesis-driven solutions
Manage and mentor junior team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, marketing, business administration, computer science, information systems, or related field
6+ years of technology consulting or software engineering experience
3+ years in architecture discipline
Proficiency with MarTech tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives
Agile mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Extensive technical expertise in various topics including marketing platforms, cloud technologies, and data analytics
