Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect clinical services to patients requiring behavioral health intervention
Conduct crisis triage and assessment
Engage in individual and family intervention
Perform case management and treatment planning
Collaborate with community resources and insurance verification
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health field
Licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent
Certification in PMT de-escalation techniques within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of psychiatric and risk assessment
Experience with Managed Care Organizations
Knowledge of community-based resources
