Key Responsibilities
Timely assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and intervention
Selection of treatment modality based on member's presenting problem
Effective communication of clinical material
High customer/patient satisfaction
Documentation of clinical encounters
Initial interview with members to interpret psychological and social complaints
Provide treatment to adults, adolescents, and children
Render guidance and therapy for members in crisis
Clinical consultation regarding family interactions and community resources
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California)
Two (2) years of post graduate mental health therapy experience within the last five (5) years
Knowledge of and ability to utilize current DSM nomenclature
