Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, where you'll provide vital support to youth and families facing significant behavioral health challenges. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver personalized care, engage families in treatment, and facilitate successful community reintegration for youth aged 10 to 21.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to children and their families
Engage child/youth and family in care planning
Assess risk and develop safety plans
Participate in person-centered care planning
Monitor discharge and ongoing care planning
Establish collaborative relationships with community providers
Document casework and collect data
Provide on-call crisis intervention services
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one year of experience in providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
Knowledge of mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and substance use disorders
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish
Experience with trauma-informed care
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
