Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily work and safety of delivery associates
Analyze live and historical data for optimal delivery plans
Supervise labor hours and direct labor activities
Recommend work schedules and changes
Coordinate repairs with appropriate departments
Review delivery productivity reporting
Suggest efficiency ideas and cost reduction measures
Communicate with Sales Management and Marketing Associates
Coordinate training and safety inspections with Transportation Road Supervisors
Create ad hoc reports to identify areas for improvements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
Two or four-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major
