Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of managers overseeing client experience, logistics, medicine, and nursing
Ensure high-quality patient care and outstanding client experience
Foster a culture of respect, belonging, and teamwork
Oversee financial and administrative health of the MVS program
Monitor compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Develop and publish the MVS schedule prioritizing areas of greatest need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years managing direct reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven history of building and maintaining positive relationships
Excellent time management skills
Flexibility to respond to shifting priorities
California Veterinary Technician license a plus
Must have a Commercial Driver’s License or ability to obtain one
Experience in veterinary clinic management or operations
Bilingual (fluent in Spanish preferred)
Fear Free® Shelter certified or obtain within 60 days of employment
