Key Responsibilities
Lead design, control, and improvement of the manufacturing process
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
Support manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting
Lead non-conforming material analysis
Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma principles
Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers
Develop manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
Lead corrective action investigations
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 5 years relevant experience or advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience
Ability to obtain and maintain Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
