Job Description
Join Global Medical Response as a Nurse Navigator - RN and be part of an innovative healthcare approach that connects resources and leverages technology to serve underserved populations. Key Responsibilities
Use nursing expertise to connect mobile healthcare resources and improve patient outcomes
Conduct telephonic patient assessments to help navigate the healthcare system
Provide health education and support healthy behaviors
Engage in telemonitoring activities using technology
Collaborate in team care planning and mentoring colleagues
Represent GMR’s programs within the community
Facilitate healthcare training for improved care delivery
Manage time, resources, and documentation efficiently
Required Qualifications
Valid RN Compact State License
Minimum of 3+ years of RN experience in Emergency, Acute Care, or a similar fast-paced environment
Experience with clinical data collection, ethical principles, and patient advocacy
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current RN license in a compact state
Current CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, or related fields focused on community health or disease education
