Key Responsibilities
Dispense spectacles and optical products to patients
Advise patients on lens options and frame selection
Verify order data entry and maintain accurate records
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Educate patients on product benefits
Assist with optical adjustments and repairs
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Valid state license to work as an optician
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
At least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of optical products and business practices
High school diploma or college degree
Experience in big box wholesale, retail, or optical
