Job Description
Join Twin Farms, a luxury all-inclusive resort, as a Bartender and provide exceptional service in a stunning natural setting. Collaborate with a dedicated team to create inspiring cocktail menus and ensure unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain low wastage levels through good stock management and rotation.
Run bar shifts, assisting and guiding staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports as required.
Create innovative drinks/cocktail menus focusing on farm-to-table offerings.
Conduct research on the local market to develop and implement ideas.
Ensure professional service at all times and communicate effectively with other staff.
