Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with navigating insurance benefits and financial assistance needs
Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorizations
Collect payments and set up payment plans
Provide estimates for upcoming services
Train and onboard new team members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of experience in an office or medical environment
Access to reliable transportation & valid US driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Word
Knowledge of insurance, coding, authorizations, and revenue cycle
Knowledge of medical terminology
Comfortable handling cash transactions
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records
