Requirements:
Minimum 2 years recent Emergency Department (ED) experience
Experience in a high-volume ED (≥150 patient visits per day)
EPIC ASAP module experience within the past 6 months
Current CT RN license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
Scope of Role:
The Travel ER RN provides safe, high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Responsibilities include:
Triage and initial assessment of patients
Administering medications and treatments according to protocols
Collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary staff
Utilizing EPIC ASAP to document patient care efficiently
Maintaining clinical competency and ensuring patient safety at all times
