• Location: Phoenix, Arizona 85037
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/8/2025 – End: 3/9/2026)
• Healthcare Setting: Operating Room (OR)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Shift: 10-hour days (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Guaranteed Hours: 30 per week
• On-Call & Weekend Coverage: Facility scheduled
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2560 - $2750

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Active Arizona RN license (verified within 30 days of submission)
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), BLS (AHA) – all current
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• No license hits
• Flu vaccination required (declinations considered)
• Must not have an AZ home address on driver's license
• Compliance with facility-specific background checks

OR RN Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to surgical patients
• Support surgical teams with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care
• Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies promptly
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as scheduled
