Job Description

Join The Recovery Village Columbus as a Financial Case Manager and play a crucial role in supporting clients' recovery journeys. You'll ensure compliance with guidelines, coordinate care, and assist clients with financial needs while working in a collaborative environment focused on holistic healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines
  • Conduct weekly discharge needs assessments
  • Develop individualized aftercare plans
  • Coordinate continued care needs with referents and payors
  • Assist clients with employer and legal concerns
  • Collect Co-pays, Deductibles, and private pay fees
  • Validate patients' benefits and financial responsibility
  • Collaborate with the treatment team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors' Degree in health-related field, Finance/Accounting or Medical Management office experience preferred
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Minimum one- or two-years' experience in medical, behavioral healthcare or financial field preferred
  • Familiar with community resources and proficient in providing, discussing, and resolving financial issues and policies
