Job Description
Join The Recovery Village Columbus as a Financial Case Manager and play a crucial role in supporting clients' recovery journeys. You'll ensure compliance with guidelines, coordinate care, and assist clients with financial needs while working in a collaborative environment focused on holistic healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines
Conduct weekly discharge needs assessments
Develop individualized aftercare plans
Coordinate continued care needs with referents and payors
Assist clients with employer and legal concerns
Collect Co-pays, Deductibles, and private pay fees
Validate patients' benefits and financial responsibility
Collaborate with the treatment team
Required Qualifications
Bachelors' Degree in health-related field, Finance/Accounting or Medical Management office experience preferred
Minimum high school diploma
Minimum one- or two-years' experience in medical, behavioral healthcare or financial field preferred
Familiar with community resources and proficient in providing, discussing, and resolving financial issues and policies
