Job Description
Join Quill, a leader in office supplies, as a B2B Sales Representative where you'll engage customers through outbound calls, drive sales, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer acquisition efforts. This role offers growth opportunities while making a tangible impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects or lapsed customers
Utilize verbal offers and promotions to capture orders
Identify opportunities to sell and qualify customers for programs
Route qualified leads to appropriate team members
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate CRM records
Seek feedback and apply coaching for continuous improvement
Partner with sales specialists to drive revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years related experience in sales or service in business-to-business environment
Knowledge of key Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of experience in sales or customer service within a business-to-business environment
Exceptional customer retention skills
Skilled in navigating and applying multiple sales approaches
