• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1740 - $1860 per week

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license (LARA and Nursys verification required)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Proficient in EKG interpretation and advanced clinical skills
• Ability to float to similar critical care units as needed
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Completion of a nursing skills checklist within one year of application

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform advanced nursing procedures
• Interpret EKGs and respond promptly to medical emergencies
• Float to similar critical care units as required to support patient care needs
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and attendance standards
