Job Description
Join H & H Chevrolet Cadillac as an Automotive Service Department Assistant in a friendly and professional environment. You'll support Service Advisors, manage service appointments, and contribute to a high-volume shop while enjoying excellent benefits and career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
Greet customers and inspect their vehicle
Assist Service Advisors with advising customers about necessary/suggested services and costs
Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
Keep customers and Service Advisors informed of any changes that occur
Conduct rental check-ins
Other duties may be assigned
Required Qualifications
Good customer service and communication skills
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Good work ethic and computer skills
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Dealership or Shop experience
Previous Service Advisor, Service Department, or Sales Department experience in Automotive, RV, Motorsport, or Marine dealership
Sales or Customer Service experience in any industry
General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
