Job Description

Join Zaxby's as a General Manager and lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll oversee daily operations, foster a positive team culture, and drive sales growth while upholding brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and leadership to the team
  • Execute and assist in developing action plans
  • Oversee daily operations focusing on staffing, sales growth, and guest experience
  • Maintain staffing levels by sourcing and hiring top performers
  • Ensure team members receive proper training
  • Create and maintain a positive culture and healthy team morale
  • Manage profitability and control costs
  • Handle guest and team member complaints
  • Review performance metrics and develop action plans

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • Open availability and ability to work minimum 5 days and 48 hours per week
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
  • Leadership qualities and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college preferred
  • Restaurant management experience
