Job Description
Join Zaxby's as a General Manager and lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll oversee daily operations, foster a positive team culture, and drive sales growth while upholding brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to the team
Execute and assist in developing action plans
Oversee daily operations focusing on staffing, sales growth, and guest experience
Maintain staffing levels by sourcing and hiring top performers
Ensure team members receive proper training
Create and maintain a positive culture and healthy team morale
Manage profitability and control costs
Handle guest and team member complaints
Review performance metrics and develop action plans
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Open availability and ability to work minimum 5 days and 48 hours per week
Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Some college preferred
Restaurant management experience
