Key Responsibilities
Manage overall account relationships and provide strategic service
Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders
Facilitate customer service and support to ensure on-time delivery
Function as a liaison between suppliers and customers
Drive Solutions Selling and manage customer strategy
Own customer interface for backend Quality processes
Set strategy for quote process and negotiate pricing
Required Qualifications
5 years Inside Sales and Customer Support experience
Experience in distribution or manufacturer representatives, preferably in electronic components
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel skills
Ability to build and maintain influential relationships
Strong communication, negotiating, and organization skills
Effective customer service and sales skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
