Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday only

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a weekend travel assignment. The Ultrasound Tech will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures with an emphasis on OB/GYN and Labor & Delivery , ensuring high-quality imaging and timely processing. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in PACS systems.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams, specializing in OB/GYN and L&D cases
Process and transmit images to PACS for physician review
Prepare patients for exams and explain procedures clearly and professionally
Operate ultrasound equipment safely and effectively, following established protocols
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to support patient care
Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards
Qualifications:
Current RDMS (ARDMS) or Sonography (ARRT-S) certification (required)
Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program OR certification as above (required)
Strong OB/GYN and Labor & Delivery ultrasound experience (required)
Current BLS (AHA) certification (required)
Proficient computer and PACS skills (required)
Minimum 2 years of recent ultrasound experience (required)
