Job Description:
Provides direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with state regulations and professional standards. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care while executing delegated medical functions and supporting patient education and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs independent and delegated nursing functions per state guidelines.
  • Assesses patient health, develops care plans, and delivers therapeutic interventions.
  • Educates and counsels patients and families on health conditions and treatments.
  • Documents care in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams and refers patients as needed.
  • May float between departments or take on-call shifts as required.

Qualifications:

  • ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Active RN license and BLS certification (AHA).
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; prior RN experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills.
