Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,639 per week

Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Torrance, California.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Labor and Delivery
• Discipline: RN
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights, rotating
• Employment Type: Travel

🧾 Experience Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 3 years of recent L&D experience
• Travel Experience: Not required (open to first-time travelers)
• Charge RN Experience: Not required, but preferred
• Preceptor Experience: Preferred – manager notes preceptors adjust better to workflow
• Preferred Background:
  • Experience in high-risk labor & delivery settings
  • Familiarity with baby-friendly hospitals
  • Experience with postpartum and newborn care

Certifications (Required & Preferred)

✅ Required:

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS
• NRP
• AWHONN Advanced (Hard Stop – must have prior to submission)

✅ Accepted in Lieu of AWHONN Advanced:

• C-EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)

✅ Preferred:

• AWHONN Intermediate
