Premise Health is seeking a Full-time Occupational Health Physician to provide direct medical care to employees in Andover, MA. This role involves overseeing advanced practice providers, delivering occupational health services, and participating in clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational health services to employees
Provide episodic, preventive, and acute health care to patients
Develop treatment plans and monitor progress
Oversee clinical practices and procedures
Participate in meetings with leadership teams
Provide after-hours telemedicine coverage
Teach/train medical team members
Identify emergency situations and provide care
Participate in the development of annual clinic goals
Required Qualifications
Experience with workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations
Graduate of an accredited medical school
At least three years of post-residency clinical experience
Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Primary Care or Emergency Medicine by the AOA or ABMS
Current state(s) and federal DEA certification
DOT Certification (NRCME) Required
Current Certification in AHA Basic Life Support for health care providers
