Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks and clerical duties
Handle project-based assignments and reports
Lead event coordination and execution
Schedule complex meetings and track action items
Manage purchase orders and expense reports
Prepare regular business summaries for management
Maintain confidentiality and manage team information
Support all stages of project lifecycle
Engage with stakeholders and keep projects on schedule
Prepare documents and materials for presentations
Required Qualifications
Experience managing timelines
Experience with project management
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in a team environment
Problem-solving and conflict resolution experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility in work schedule, including extended hours and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
