Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide and play a crucial role in supporting diverse learners in a welcoming school environment. This full-time position offers the opportunity to assist with academic adaptations, maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, and engage with students daily.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in the classroom with academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher, OR passing score on Paraeducator/Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Prior experience working with children in a structured setting (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
