$45-$50/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Analyst to support project planning, execution, and delivery across various organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills and will be responsible for supporting project managers in maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, and communicating with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the creation and maintenance of project schedules, plans, and reports.Track and monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools.Facilitate project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.Prepare project documentation including status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and change requests.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess progress, and ensure alignment on project goals.Support data analysis and reporting needs, utilizing Excel and other tools to generate meaningful insights.Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and compliance standards.Help manage project documentation repositories and ensure version control.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).3+ years of experience in a project support, analyst, or coordination role.Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
