The role involves a flexible mix of in-person and telehealth appointments, managing a daily patient load of around 18-21 individuals.   • Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm with no call
  • 18 - 20 scheduled patients daily, averaging 21 total patients
  • Mix of 15 and 30-minute appointment slots
  • 90% adult patients, 10% pediatric patients
  • Same day acute visits available when schedule permits
  • Telehealth services offered via phone and video
  • Seven month coverage opportunity
  • Annual wellness visits and well/sick visits
  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
