Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring their safety
Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs
Use Donor Information System and maintain accurate records
Coordinate donor compensation
Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
Preferred Qualifications
1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role
