Job Description
As a Citizens Teller, you'll make a real difference for customers by providing personalized financial advice and solutions. You will engage with customers, educate them on products, and ensure compliance with financial policies, all while fostering meaningful relationships in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in the lobby
Demonstrate the mobile app and ATMs
Provide personalized advice and solutions
Educate customers on Citizens products
Follow financial policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions
Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Ability to problem solve and provide solutions
Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
Comfortable with using digital technology
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience processing transactions
Motivates others through collaboration
Process-oriented, energetic, detail-oriented
Ability to multitask effectively
