  Job Responsibilities
  Monitor patient conditions and report any changes.
  Perform routine checks, including vital signs and overall assessments.
  Administer prescribed medications and ensure patient adherence.
  Support doctors and RNs with procedures and patient care.
  Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  
  Requirements
• License: Active LPN License (State or Compact)
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an LPN
• Certifications: AHA BLS – Required
