Travel Nurse RN - Hospice - $2,625 per week

GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Westwood, Massachusetts.

• Monday - Friday - 8 am - 5 pm
• The req will indicate weekend requirement.
• OT Opportunities? Not allowed
• Float Requirements? Must be flexible
• all RTO needs to be approved in advanced, and they will need to make up any time off
• On-Call Requirement? no call requirement
• Certs: BLS
• License: Active RN License
• Experience:
• 2 years of experience.

• Must have experience in Hospice

   

Must have HCHB/OASIS experience

Oasis E - after Jan 2023 experience is required

No more than 1 year gap

All documentation due same day

Homecare Homebase (Productivity points, minimum average26-28)

That could mean 3 people or 7 people

About 20-25 cases per week. 5-7points per day

Absolute must - true home health experience, HCHB/Oasis documentation
