Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the member experience by answering calls and emails
Assist members with quotes, binding new business, policy changes
Provide accurate advice and solutions for insurance products
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining engaging interactions
Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Currently active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license
1 year of customer service experience in insurance or financial services
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
US military experience through military service or as a military spouse
Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
1+ years of direct sales or upselling/cross selling experience
