Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant
Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager
Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management team and crew
Conduct crew and management team meetings
Maintain an adequate supply of products necessary to operate the restaurant
Control inventory to meet company standards
Maintain reports and records based on company standards
Ensure adherence to cash procedures
Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Drivers License
Strong conflict-resolution skills
