Job Description
Join Carrier Global as an HVAC Chiller Technician and be the face of confidence for our customers. With your expertise in commercial HVAC, you'll play a crucial role in installations, repairs, and maintenance projects, ensuring comfort and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in startup and commissioning of new units
Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions
Review and interpret regulatory requirements and technical documents
Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure timely issue escalation
Prioritize safety by adhering to licensing requirements and safety measures
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
5+ years working experience in the HVAC Industry
3+ years working with chillers
EPA Universal Certification
Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs
Valid and current Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 30 Certification
Basic understanding of building automation controls (BOMAC)
Experience with data centers
Experience with Steam Turbines
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of ServiceMax
