Job Details:
• Minimum 2 years of recent/consecutive experience in Medical Surgical in a hospital/acute care setting required
• Travel experience required - no first time travelers
• Must have willingness to float to other campus MS-Tele Units (Bucyrus & Galion) if census drops to maintain hours
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Typical staffing ratios are 1:5
• Knowledge of medication scanning required
• BLS & ACLS certifications required
• Valid Ohio state license required - pending licenses not accepted
• Epic experience preferred
• Must arrive at hospital within 1 hour when called in if placed on call
• Up to 8 hours of non-billable modules required, completed pre-start through HealthStream
• Skills required: MS/Tele, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, use of Rapid Response/Code teams, peripheral line care/management, nasal cannula, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, non-invasive airway management, isolation precautions
• Smoke-free facility and campus
• No more than 7 days of RTO will be approved - facility will not accept time off for major holidays
• No holiday RTO accepted for dates 12/20/2025 - 1/4/2026
