  • Gather academic growth data and write goals for IEP meetings
  • Teach various instructional methods and strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Commitment to supporting students' social emotional and academic development
  • Enthusiasm for collaboration with partners for students' best interests
  • Self-directed learner who solicits and implements feedback
  • 1-2 years experience in impacting K-12 students in urban schools
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Meet NJ state certification eligibility requirements
